S'mores without the bonfire! All you need are 5 ingredients and 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- 30 Graham Crackers ((1 box))
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter ((melted))
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 cups mini marshmallows (I used Dandies)
- 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life)
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper
- 2 Add graham crackers too a food processor and blend until they turn into fine crumbs. Some chunks are ok
- 3 Take out 1/4 cup of the graham cracker crumbs to use on the top later
- 4 Melt butter in a microwave safe dish
- 5 Add butter into the food processor with the crumbs and blend until they are fully combined and look like a wet dough
- 6 Press graham cracker crust into the bottom of the lined baking dish and press down until the crust is evenly distributed and mostly flat
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Top the crust with 4 cups of the mini marshmallows and bake for 10 more minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes. The marshmallows will deflate
- Add the chocolate chips in an even layer across the marshmallows
- Top with the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows and the 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Bake for 5 more minutes, just until the chocolate melts a bit and the tops of the marshmallows get slightly golden brown
- Allow to cool and then slice into squares and enjoy!
